Sign up for your free membership and receive survey invitations via email. Follow the instructions to proceed to the online survey. Receive points for completing each survey. Redeem points for a wide variety of rewards.

Who is E-Poll?

E-Poll provides the venue, the research expertise and the technology for viewers to share their opinions in a secure environment. While your membership is exclusively with PBS KIDS Sprout, E-Poll will provide the forum for you to contribute your thoughts and earn rewards. E-Poll will also manage all aspects of the rewards program.

Can I request a survey?

Unfortunately, no. Surveys are sent based on the requirements and needs of PBS KIDS Sprout. To ensure accurate results, we cannot accommodate survey requests from Sprout's Viewer Circle members.

Can I send a survey I've received to my friend?

No. Even if your friend is an Sprout's Viewer Circle member, they must receive a personal invitation from Sprout's Viewer Circle to take any given survey. If your friend is not a Sprout's Viewer Circle member, suggest that they sign up for a Sprout's Viewer Circle membership so they too will receive surveys.

I am not a member. How can I contact Sprout's Viewer Circle?

Unfortunately, we are unable to personally respond to non-member inquiries. For this reason, we have tried to put together a comprehensive list of questions regarding issues about membership. Remember, membership is always free, and you will have the opportunity to earn rewards for taking surveys from the convenience of your computer. Your personal information is never shared with any third parties. Try it out! If it doesn't meet your expectations, you may cancel your membership at any time.
